The most delicious shakshuka that does not need frying: how to cook a popular breakfast in a new way
Shakshuka is a dish of eggs, vegetables, and tomato sauce. All these products are incredibly tasty together. In the traditional version, everything is fried in a pan. But baking is also a very good idea.
The idea of making the perfect shakshuka was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger named dorinellla. It's perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- bell pepper – 1 pc.
- onions (shallots or white) – 1 pc.
- a can of canned tomatoes
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- optional: mozzarella, parmesan, arugula, parsley
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the vegetables and fry in a frying pan.
2. In a separate container, mix the tomato sauce with seasonings.
3. Bring to a boil
4. Combine vegetables and sauce.
5. Make holes with a spatula.
6. Break eggs in them.
7. Put in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
