The most delicious pie for the Nut Feast of the Savior

Orthodox believers will celebrate the Nut Feast Day of the Savior on August 29. Traditionally, apples, honey, nuts and bread are brought to church as a symbol of gratitude for this year's harvest. You can cook a variety of dishes for the whole family from the consecrated foods.
The idea of cooking this pie is published on the page of food blogger Iryna Parashchak (iryna_parashchak) on Instagram. The main ingredient here is, of course, nuts.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 300 g ground nuts (walnuts)
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg white
Ingredients for the dough:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 250 sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 400-500 g flour
- egg yolk for greasing
Method of preparation of stuffing:
1. Add sugar to the nut filling.
2. Add egg white.
3. Stir and set aside.
Method of preparing the dough:
1. Rub butter at room temperature with sugar.
2. Add baking soda to 1/3 of the sour cream and add to the total mass when the reaction occurs.
3. Put the rest of the sour cream.
4. Add flour. The dough should be loose, not tight.
5. Divide into 2 portions.
6. Spread one piece over a 24-26 diameter mold.
7. Spread the filling and cover with the second part of the dough.
8. Brush with egg yolk.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden.
