The most delicious French-style meat with pineapples: the perfect meal for lunch
Chicken fillet is the perfect base for a hearty lunch. This product can be used to make delicious French-style meat in the oven. To make the chicken juicy, add pineapples.
The idea of cooking French-style meat with pineapples for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria Panasiuk (viktoria.panasiuk). You can do it in 30 minutes maximum.
Ingredients:
- 800 g. chicken fillet
- 2 medium onions
- spices to taste (chicken seasoning, salt, sweet paprika)
- 100 g. mayonnaise (or can be replaced with sour cream + 1 tsp. mustard)
- 1 can of canned pineapples
- 180 g. mozzarella cheese
- 180 g of suluguni cheese
- 1 tbsp of oil for greasing the parchment
- wash the chicken and cut it into pieces
Method of preparation:
1. Pound the fillet lightly and rub with spices (leave for an hour, or overnight in the refrigerator).
2. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
3. Spread with mayonnaise or sour cream.
4. Put a layer of onions, then a layer of pineapples and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
6. The meat releases a lot of juice during the baking process. It can be drained off if desired.
