The idea of making the most delicious forshmak without a blender was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname kelbas_v . The consistency is very tender and the taste is rich.
Ingredients:
- herring - 200 g (chopped)
- eggs - 2 pcs (finely grated)
- small onion - 1 pc (chopped)
- green apple - 60 g (chopped finely)
- butter - 50 g (grated on a small grater)
- black pepper - 0.5 tsp
- a little salt if the herring is low-salted
Method of preparation:
1. Chop herring.
2. Boil and grate eggs.
3. Chop the onion.
4. Finely chop the apple.
5. Finely grate the butter.
6. Add pepper and a little salt.
7. Mix all the ingredients.
