Food blogger Alex Mil presented a recipe for creamy potatoes with mushrooms on his Instagram. This is the most delicate side dish that is prepared without any effort and will definitely surprise everyone who tastes it.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 1.5-2 kg

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • Onion - 200 grams
  • Mushrooms - 300-400 gr
  • Cream 10-15% - 250-300 ml
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Oil - 20 ml
  • Butter - 30 gr
  • Dill - 30 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Provencal herbs

The way of cooking:

1. Cut the potatoes into medium cubes. Boil in salted water until tender, then drain.

2. Pour the oil into a large saucepan, add the onion and Provencal herbs, and fry over medium heat for 6 minutes.

3. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 6-7 minutes.

4. Add a piece of butter, crush the garlic, pour in the cream, and stir.

5. Add the potatoes, stir, and cook for 3-5 minutes under the lid.
