It takes just a few minutes and you have a delicious pastry on the table for morning tea that will fill the kitchen with an incredible aroma. The recipe for the apple roll was shared on Instagram by food blogger Anna Phil.

Ingredients for the dough

  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Sugar - 120 gr
  • Vanilla flavoring - 2-3 drops
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Flour - 120 g

Ingredients for the filling

  • Apples - 500 g

Method of preparation

1. First, make the filling. Wash the apples, peel and grate them. You should get about 500 grams.

2. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla flavoring (can be replaced with vanilla sugar) with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is formed.

3. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Mix with a spatula from top to bottom.

4. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and put a layer of apples on it.

5. Pour the batter over the apples and smooth the layer.

6. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes.

7. Take the cake out of the oven, turn it over, and separate the apples from the parchment.

8. Roll it into a tight roll and let it cool completely.

9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
