Apple pie is the simplest homemade pastry that can be prepared in different ways: with puff pastry, filo or cheese, or without, replacing the base with pita bread.

Food blogger Vladlena Rosankevych (vladlena_rosankevych) shared a recipe for a delicate apple pie on milk on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • apples - 5-6 pcs.
  • egg substitute - 4 tsp.
  • water - 200 ml
  • honey - 1 tbsp
  • rice milk - 150 ml
  • gluten-free flour - 100 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • coconut oil - 20 g

Method of preparation:

1. First, peel and seed the apples, grate them into slices or chop them with a knife.

2. Pour the egg replacer with water and beat for 3 minutes.

3. Add honey and milk to the resulting mass, mix well.

4. Add flour and baking powder, mix again.

5. Add the oil and prepared apples. Mix the dough until smooth.

6. Pour the batter into the baking dish. Bake the cake at 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Enjoy!
