Chebureks are delicious only when they are juicy and crispy at the same time. To make them just right, you need to know some secrets.
A food blogger with the nickname vika_tolokova23 shared all the secrets of making crispy and juicy pasties. On Instagram, she told us what to add to make the dough crispy and minced meat to juicy.
Ingredients
- flour - 400 gr
- salt - 1 tsp
- vodka - 20 ml
- oil - 40 ml
- boiling water - 200 ml
Ingredients for the filling
- minced meat - 500 gr
- onion - 2 pcs
- water - 70 ml
- salt
- pepper
- favorite spices
Method of preparation
1. Add salt and water to sifted flour and stir.
2. Add vodka and vegetable oil and knead the dough.
3. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Beat onion and water in a blender and add to the minced meat.
5. Add your favorite spices, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
6. Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces, each of which is rolled out into a thin layer on the surface.
7. Cut out a circle from the rolled out dough using a plate and put the filling on one half.
8. Cover with the second half and pinch the edges with a fork.
9. Fry the chebureks in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil for 4 minutes on each side.
