The easiest pie to make with filo dough and your favorite berries
Filo dough is a wonderful flour product that can be used to make a huge variety of dishes. In a matter of minutes, beautiful rolls with unusual fillings or a beautiful and flavorful pie will appear on the table.
A food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by_ilona shared a recipe for a filo pie. On Instagram, she explained how to make the pie beautiful and which berries are best suited to it.
Ingredients
- Filo dough - 11-13 sheets
- Butter - 80 gr
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Sugar - 2/3 tbsp
- Yogurt - 1.5 tbsp
- Raspberries (or other berries to taste)
Method of preparation
1. Defrost the filo dough and fold each sheet into an accordion.
2. Grease a baking dish with oil and put the dough in it.
3. Mix the eggs, sugar, yogurt and butter well or beat with a blender.
4. Pour this mixture over the dough and add the berries.
5. Put in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
