Thai cauliflower is a very easy-to-prepare dish that can drive you crazy with its incredible flavor and combination of ingredients.

The recipe for this dish was shared by a food blogger with the nickname ya.na.cooking. On Instagram, she explained how to make the perfect sauce that will only emphasize the taste of the dish.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – ½ pc.
  • Bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Chili pepper

Ingredients for the batter

  • Flour – 150 gr
  • Salt – ½ tsp.
  • Water

Ingredients for the sauce

  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp.
  • Sugar – ½ tbsp.
  • White wine – 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation

1. First, prepare the batter. Mix salt, water, and flour to form a thick sour cream consistency.

2. Divide the cauliflower into florets and dip each one in the batter.

3. Fry the cauliflower on each side and place it on a paper towel.

4. Dice the onion, garlic, and bell pepper and fry in a frying pan until golden brown, adding chili.

5. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and pour into the pan. After 30 seconds, add the cabbage and mix well.
