To make the pork breast soft and juicy, you can stew it in beer. This meat can be served instead of gravy or even instead of kebab. Any side dish will do.
The idea of cooking pork stew in beer was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home. It is better not to squeeze garlic but to chop it into large pieces. It will be much more flavorful.
Ingredients:
- pork (breast) - 1 kg.
- light beer - 1 can
- soy sauce - 75 ml.
- garlic - 5-6 cloves
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- hops suneli, paprika - 1 tsp.
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat, washed and dried with a paper towel, into rough portions.
2. Put it on a preheated dry frying pan and fry over high heat until it is browned.
3. Turn it over. When the other side is browned, pour in beer and soy sauce.
4. Add coarsely chopped garlic and all the spices.
5. After boiling, turn the heat to low, cover, and simmer until the meat is tender. 50 minutes. Turn over once during cooking.
6. Make a hole for steam to escape and cook until the liquid is almost evaporated.
