  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • semolina - 160 g
  • sugar - 160 g
  • milk - 80 ml
  • butter - 80 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and homogeneous.

2. Add cottage cheese and beat for 3 minutes.

3. Pour in the milk and add the butter. Beat for another 3-5 minutes. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Grease the mold with butter. Put the curd mass.

5. Spread the sour cream evenly.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
