This cottage cheese casserole is remembered for its light, airy and moderately moist taste. To cook the dessert at home, just add a little milk to the dough and brush the casserole with sour cream before baking.

  • cottage cheese - 800 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • semolina - 160 g
  • sugar - 160 g
  • milk - 80 ml
  • butter - 80 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and homogeneous.

2. Add cottage cheese and beat for 3 minutes.

3. Add milk and butter. Beat for another 3-5 minutes. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.

4. Grease the mold with butter. Pour the curd mass into it.

5. Spread sour cream evenly.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
