Tender chicken thighs: a delicious dish in an unusual marinade

Chicken can be baked in the oven, boiled, or fried in a pan. For each of these cooking options, you can use a variety of marinades, which will only improve its taste. Food blogger Natalia Zhuk shared a recipe for chicken thighs in an interesting marinade on Instagram.

Ingredients for chicken
- Chicken thighs - 6-8 pieces
- Onion
- Soft butter - 100 gr
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/3 tsp
- Sweet paprika - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - ½ tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Method of preparation.
1. Put the chicken thighs in a frying pan. Put the chopped onion on top.

2. Mix 100 grams of butter, 1 tsp of salt, black pepper, 1 tsp of paprika, turmeric and 2 cloves of garlic in a bag.

3. Mix everything well, close the bag and make punctures in it.
4. Squeeze the marinade onto the thighs and put the pan on the stove.

5. Simmer for 25 minutes under the lid closed. Then turn the thighs over and simmer for the same amount of time.
