Tasty salad with beets, prunes and nuts: better than Vinaigrette and Shuba
In traditional salads, such as Shuba and Vinaigrette, beets lose all their benefits. In the first version, the dish turns out to be quite fatty, and in the second, it is usually seasoned with harmful sunflower oil. Therefore, it is best to combine the vegetable with prunes and nuts, and dress it all with safe homemade mayonnaise without preservatives.

Ingredients:
- beetroot - 500 g
- prunes - 100 g
- walnuts - 100 g
- salt
- homemade mayonnaise - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Boil and peel beets.
2. Grate on a coarse grater.
3. Add chopped prunes.
4. Add chopped nuts.
5. Add salt and mayonnaise.
6. Mix everything well.
