Ingredients:
- beets - 1-2 pcs or one medium (depending on size)
- purple onion - 1 pc
- herring fillet - 1 pc
- canned peas - 4-5 tbsp
- apple with sourness - half or 1 pc
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- vinegar, salt, pepper - to taste

1. Boil the beets.
2. Cut into strips.
