Beetroot salads are the easiest and healthiest dish to eat in the fall and winter, as beets are high in vitamins. They can be eaten raw, boiled, and baked.
Cook Iryna shared a recipe for a delicious beetroot salad with green onions, peas, and fried potatoes on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- beets - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc
- peas - 1 b
- green onions
- fried potatoes
- mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
1. Boil the beets and carrots until tender.
2. Finely chop the onion, carrot and beetroot into small strips.
3. Put all ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add mayonnaise.
