A cook shared a recipe for a delicious and light salad with melted cheese and green peas on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- beets - 2 medium or 1 large
- green canned peas - 150 g
- cream cheese - 2-3 pcs.
- grated garlic - 2-3 small cloves
- salt - 1 tsp (to taste)
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp (to taste)
Method of preparation:
1️. Boil beets and cut them into small cubes (you can grate them on a coarse grater). Next, chop processed cheese or grate it on a coarse grater. Put everything in a bowl.
2️. Add green canned peas, grated garlic, salt and mayonnaise. Mix everything.
