Recipe

Ingredients:

  • beets - 2 medium or 1 large
  • green canned peas - 150 g
  • cream cheese - 2-3 pcs.
  • grated garlic - 2-3 small cloves
  • salt - 1 tsp (to taste)
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp (to taste)

Method of preparation:

1️. Boil beets and cut them into small cubes (you can grate them on a coarse grater). Next, chop processed cheese or grate it on a coarse grater. Put everything in a bowl.

2️. Add green canned peas, grated garlic, salt and mayonnaise. Mix everything.
