Tastier than gravy: how to cook fillet of mushrooms in cream sauce

Chicken fillet is a very versatile product that can be prepared in many different ways. One option is to fry it in a sauce: teriyaki, soy, honey, cream or tomato sauce. It can also be topped with mushrooms, vegetables or herbs.

On her Instagram page, food blogger Oksana Bilinskaya(oxana_bil) shared a recipe for delicious stewed chicken with mushrooms in a delicate creamy sauce.

Ingredients:

  • fillet - 2 pcs.
  • egg white - 1 pc
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp.
  • onion - 1 pc
  • champignons - 10 pc
  • 10-20% cream - 200 ml
  • salt, pepper mix
  • Chicken spices, dried basil, paprika

Method of cooking:

1. Cut the fillet into small pieces, add salt, pepper, paprika and chicken seasoning. Also add egg white and starch. Mix everything thoroughly. It is this combination of ingredients will make the meat very tender.

3. When the onion is fried, add the fillets and fry for 5-7 minutes.
