- herring fillet - 1 pc
- warm butter - 100 g
- French mustard - 1 tsp.
- dried paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Herring peel from the bones, divide into fillets and cut into large chunks.
2. Also chop the butter coarsely.
3. Chop the dill.
4. Put all the prepared ingredients into the bowl of a blender, add mustard and paprika. Beat everything for 1-2 minutes until homogeneous.
