You can make one complete meal out of meat and potatoes. It will be much faster and more satisfying. Ideal for dinner for the whole family.
The idea of cooking meat with a filling in the oven for lunch is published on the fasting_marafon Instagram page. Choose chicken to make the dish lean and juicy.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet (or other lean meat) - 700 g.
- salt, pepper - to taste.
- sour cream - 50 g.
- hard cheese - 100 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- boiled potatoes - 3 pcs.
- fried onion - 1 pc.
- salt, Provence herbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut meat, beat off, salt and pepper.
2. For the filling, mix grated potatoes, onions and spices.
3. Put the meat in a small mold, add the filling, and roll up the edges.
4. Put on a baking dish (covered with parchment). Spread sour cream.
5. Put in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
