Tart pie with jam: how to prepare crispy and crumbly dough

Grated pie is a simple and quick homemade pastry. Traditionally, it is made with your favorite jam or jam, and less often with fresh or frozen berries and fruits, as well as cottage cheese. The dough in this pastry is shortbread, crispy and crumbly.
Food blogger Liliya with the nickname lileklilek2 shared a recipe for grated apple jam pie on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- flour - 400 g
- butter - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 100 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- vanilla, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Grind cold butter with flour until crumbs.
2. Separately mix the rest of the ingredients for the dough and beat them with a fork.
3. Mix the two masses and quickly knead the dough. Put 2\3 parts of the dough into the mold and form the sides. Leave the mold with the dough in the refrigerator for an hour. Wrap the rest of the dough in plastic wrap and leave it in the freezer.
4. After that put the jam into the dough mold. Grate the dough that was in the freezer on top.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. It's ready!
