- phyllo dough ( 6 sheets)
- 2 eggs
- 300 g of 30% cream
- 5 pieces of figs
- camembert
- rosemary, thyme
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Make a mold from the dough sheets.
2. Put the filling in.
4. Pour cream with eggs plus salt/pepper.
5. Sprinkle with herbs and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
6. Take the cake out and let it cool down a bit, so the filling will set.
