Stuffed peppers in the multicooker: a hearty and quick lunch

Juicy sweet peppers are a vegetable that is perfect for baking. You just need to choose the right stuffing. The best option will be minced meat and boiled rice. You will make such a dish for lunch for the whole family quickly because it is prepared in a multicooker.

Ingredients:
- bell pepper - 10 pcs.
- minced meat 400 g.
- cooked rice - 1 cup
- carrots - 1 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 100 g
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- butter - 2 tbsp.
- water - 3 cups
- parsley greens
- salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel onions and carrots.
2. Grate the carrots and dice the onion.
3. Fry the vegetables in oil in a multicooker with tomato paste.
4. Remove pepper seeds.
5. Stir in the rice and minced meat.
6. Leave half of the fried vegetables in the multicooker and add the other half to the rice and minced meat. Stir.
7. Stuff the peppers and place them in the multicooker on top of the roasted vegetables.
8. Pour a mixture of water, sour cream and flour on top.
9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
10. Stew for an hour in the "bake" mode.
