Stuffed eggplants in the oven: recipe for delicious stuffing

Eggplants are usually baked in the oven, fried in a pan, stewed, added to salads and canned for the winter. In addition, they can be deliciously stuffed. As a filling, meat, minced meat, cottage cheese and other vegetables are suitable.
Foodblogger JuliaFedorenko (fedorenko_pp) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for stuffed eggplants with fillet, tomatoes and cheese.
Ingredients:
- eggplants - 500 g
- fillet - 200 g
- tomatoes - 200 g
- garlic - 2 cloves
- salt
- hard cheese - 70 g
Method of preparation:
1 Cut the eggplants in half, pour cold water over them and leave them like this for 30 minutes. After that, cut out the middle of the vegetables and cut into cubes.
2. Put the eggplant flesh to fry.
3. Dice the fillets and add to the pulp.
4. Chop the tomatoes and garlic. Add to the fillets and simmer until tender.
5. Stuff the eggplants with the stuffing. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy your appetite!
