Strawberry soufflé without baking: how to make a dessert with gelatin

Strawberry soufflé is a great summer dessert that is elementary to make. It is based mostly on milk or cream mixture, gelatin, and fresh strawberries. It's very light, delicate, and refreshing - even better than jelly.

One of the cooking blogs(homi_domi_) on Instagram posted a recipe for strawberry soufflé with gelatin.

Ingredients:

  • strawberries - 500 g
  • cream - 300 ml
  • sugar - 75 g
  • gelatin - 8 gr

Method of preparation:

1. First, pour the gelatin with water (40 ml) and let it swell.

2. Meanwhile, wash and peel the strawberries. Cut into smaller pieces, transfer to a bowl and whisk with an immersion blender. Afterwards, grate them through a sieve.

 

6. Pour the resulting mass into cremations and leave in the fridge for 5 hours. Done!
