Stewed potatoes with sausages for dinner: a hearty dish for the whole family

Stewed potatoes are a delicious and satisfying potato dish that is ideal for lunch. Traditionally, it is complemented with vegetables like carrots and onions, as well as meat, ribs, mushrooms, and even sausages.
Food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx) shared a recipe for stewed potatoes with hunter's sausages and fillets on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- hunter's sausages - 250 g
- chicken fillet - 450 g
- vegetable oil - 30 g
- onion - 150 g
- carrots - 150 g
- sweet pepper - 150 g
- water - 1.5 liters
- salt, pepper, paprika
- spices for potatoes - 2-3 tsp.
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. First, chop sausages and chicken. Fry the ingredients in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Chop onion, carrot, pepper and potatoes. Put the vegetables in a frying pan. Fry for 7 minutes over medium heat.
3. Add all the spices, pour water over, stir and simmer over low heat until the potatoes are soft.
4. Add herbs and remove from the stove. It's ready!
