Spicy cucumber salad for winter: prepared with seasoning
Cucumbers can not only be deliciously pickled for the winter, but also close a spicy salad. Such a preparation is best complemented with fresh herbs, spicy garlic or vegetable seasoning. Pickles turn out very juicy, elastic and crispy.
- cucumbers - 3 kg
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- vegetable seasoning - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. First wash the cucumbers, cut off their tails and cut the vegetables into rings.
2. Place the cucumbers in a deep bowl, add the sugar, vinegar, sunflower oil and seasoning. Mix thoroughly and leave in this form for 3 hours.
3. When the allotted time has passed, place the cucumbers in jars and pour the remaining syrup.
4. Sterilize the jars with cucumbers for 15-20 minutes. After that, close with sterile lids. Done!
