Ingredients for a medium mold:
- mascarpone - 250 g
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- butter - 100 g
- sour cream - 60 g
- honey - 80 g
- almond flakes - 70 g
Method of preparation:
1. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
2. Fry almond flakes until golden brown and cool.
3. Beat soft butter and honey with a mixer until homogeneous.
4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix again.
5. Add the fried almond flakes and mix with a spatula.
6. Cover a medium Easter cake mold with damp cheesecloth and put the curd mass into the pan. Wrap the edges of the cheesecloth.
7. Place the mold on a wire rack to allow excess moisture to escape and put a press on top.
8. Put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
9. Remove the mold and cheesecloth. Decorate as desired.
