Snack tomatoes with peppers and garlic: can be eaten right away

Food blogger Oksana Bylynska (oxana_bil) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for appetizer tomatoes with peppers and garlic that you can prepare in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 700 g
- pepper - 1 pc
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- vinegar - 2 tsp.
- sugar - 2 tsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- pepper
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Cut tomatoes into slices and place in a bowl or container.

2. Next, prepare the dressing. To do this, peel and chop peppers and garlic in a blender.
3. Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly
4. Add the resulting dressing to the tomatoes.
