Simple tea cake with bananas and kiwi: no baking required
In spring, you always want very simple and light desserts without dough. Fresh fruit is perfect for this occasion. For the base, you can use an ordinary cracker so that you don't have to bake anything - the dessert will freeze perfectly in the refrigerator.
The idea of making a cake with kiwi and bananas without baking was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking. It's perfect even for a family celebration.
Ingredients:
- kiwi - 4-5 pcs.
- bananas - 2 pcs.
- poppy seed crackers - 270-300 g
- sour cream - 500 g
- sugar - 100 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the kiwi into thin slices.
2. Cut the bananas into small cubes.
3. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the sour cream and mix.
4. Add the graham crackers and sliced bananas.
5. Mix everything with a spoon.
6. Wrap the bowl in cling film.
7. Put the sliced kiwi and sour cream and graham cracker mixture.
8. Smooth with a spoon.
9. Cover with cling film.
10. Put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
