Simple salad with beets, feta and nuts in 5 minutes

Beetroot is an ingredient not only for borscht but also for a delicious, dietary and healthy salad. It is worth noting that the product goes well with pickles, prunes, cheese, and even herring. At the same time, the dressing can be different: you can use olive oil or even mayonnaise.
Food blogger Oksana Cherpak (cherpak_oksana) shared a recipe for a light salad with beets and feta without mayonnaise on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- beets - 1 pc
- feta cheese - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- pepper, salt, parsley
- walnuts (or peanuts) - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake beets until tender. When ready, cut the vegetables into cubes.
2. Cut feta into cubes.
3. Chop nuts and parsley.
4. Mix the beets, feta, and nuts, drizzle with rosemary or olive oil, and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
