Simple homemade redfish spread: tastier than store-bought ones

Instead of a variety of store-bought spreads, the composition of which you don't know exactly, make your own. For this, you will need redfish. You just need to bake the product in the oven so that all the vitamins and nutrients are preserved.
The idea of preparing a simple redfish bread spread was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna with the nickname cooking_with_gala. A variety of spices will give the fish a special flavor.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of redfish
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. basil, tomatoes, garlic
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 125 g of Philadelphia
- 15 g of dill
- 50 g of sour cream
- bread
Method of preparation:
1. Rub the fish in seasonings. Pour oil over and wrap in parchment paper and foil.
2. Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
3. Cool.
4. Mash with a fork. Add cheese, dill and sour cream.
5. Mix thoroughly.
6. Cut the bread into slices and on a dry frying pan on both sides.
7. Put the spread on the bread.
