Simple crab sticks roll in 15 minutes: how to prepare this budget appetizer

Crab sticks can be used to make many budget-friendly and very quick appetizers. Alternatively, an egg roll with crab filling. It turns out to be a very satisfying dish in a matter of minutes.
The idea of making egg roll with crab sticks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yuia with the nickname zefirka_recipes. It's much better than just a salad.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 5 pcs.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- crab sticks - 200 g.
- cream cheese - 100 g.
- cucumber
- salt
- green onion
- teriyaki sauce
Method of preparation:
1. Cover a 30x40 baking dish with silicone parchment (grease with vegetable oil if using regular parchment).
2. Combine eggs, sour cream and salt in a bowl.
3. Pour into the mold.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Grate crab sticks on a coarse grater and add cream cheese.
6. Cool the egg cake and add the filling.
7. Add strips of fresh cucumber and roll.
8. Cut into portions, sprinkle with green onions and pour teriyaki sauce over.
