To ensure that you always have something for tea at home, make homemade coconut cottage cheese cookies. They take only 20 minutes to bake. The dough is as simple as possible and all the ingredients are available. The cookies can be kept fresh for quite a long time just in a plate on the table.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 135 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- melted butter (can be coconut) - 1 tbsp
- semolina - 5 g
- coconut flakes - 30 g
- flour - 135-145 g
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, semolina and butter with a fork.
2. Add flour, baking powder and flakes and mix the dough (which should hardly stick to your hands).
3. Roll out the 2 cm dough on a floured surface.
4. Cut out circles or cut strips and brush with nut paste or fruit puree.
5. Twist, forming triangles.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
