Simple cheesecake for tea with two layers: you just need to blend the ingredients
Cheesecake is the perfect dessert for tea for a large family. It is hearty and is cooked quite quickly. The ingredients for the curd mass are simply whipped in a blender.
The idea of making a lazy cheesecake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Emilia Yevtushenko (emiliya.yevtushenko). The dessert is quite low in calories because it does not contain flour.
Ingredients:
- vanilla sugar (banana layer)
- banana - 4 pcs (banana layer)
- lemon zest (curd layer)
- cocoa powder - 4 tbsp (banana layer)
- sugar (6 tbsp in the curd layer, 4 tbsp in the banana layer)
- eggs (2 pcs in the curd layer, 2 pcs in the banana layer)
- cottage cheese (in the curd layer) - 500 grams
- semolina (3 tbsp in the cottage cheese layer, 3 cups in the banana layer)
Method of preparation:
1. Beat all the ingredients for the banana layer in a blender.
2. Transfer to a greased mold.
3. Beat all the ingredients for the cheese layer in a blender.
4. Put it on top of the banana (if the mass is very thick, you can add a little sour cream or cream).
5. If you need even layers, pour with the spatula very carefully. If you need a pattern, you can experiment.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
