Simple cake with frozen berries for tea that is ready in 30 minutes

If you have berries in your freezer that have been frozen since summer, you can use them right now to make a simple cake for tea. It will be very fluffy, moderately sweet, and suitable even for a festive table.
The idea of making a festive pie with frozen berries was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Sofia with the nickname sofisooso. It is baked quite quickly.
Ingredients for the dough:
- butter - 100 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- flour - 220 g
- sugar - 40 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- cream cheese - 150 g
- powdered sugar - 60 g
- cream - 140 ml
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- berries - 300-400 g (cherries and blueberries) + 1 tsp. starch.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix butter at room temperature with sugar and the egg.
2. Gradually add flour and baking powder.
3. Knead elastic dough.
4. Roll out and place in a mold.
5. For the filling, mix everything except the berries. You can use a blender.
6. Add starch to the berries and mix.
7. Put the berries on the dough.
8. Pour the resulting filling.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes and then at 150 degrees for another 15 minutes.
