Simple and elastic all-purpose dough for dumplings: what to add

Instead of preparing separate types of dough for dumplings, use one all-purpose option. For the base, you need boiling water. It can be used to make a very elastic and soft dough that is perfectly molded and does not fall apart in the pan.
The idea of making all-purpose dough for dumplings was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname nastya_food_baglay. Any filling will do.
Ingredients:
- flour - 4 cups
- boiling water - 1 cup
- sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
- salt - 1.5 tsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Sift flour and add salt. Mix, make a deepening, add oil and boiling water and immediately knead the dough with a fork.
2. Then stir it a little with your hands and leave it to cool slightly so that it is not hot.
3. Add two eggs and mix until smooth.
4. Sprinkle flour on the surface and knead the dough. It should be soft and elastic.
5. Put the dough in a bag and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes.
6. When working, the dough should be constantly in the bag so that it does not get airy and hard.
