Shortbread cottage cheese cookies: a quick homemade dessert that even beginners can make

Homemade cookies for coffee or tea are always better than store-bought ones. However, sometimes it takes too much time to make them.
That is why food blogger Anna recently presented a recipe for shortbread cottage cheese cookies. Following the recipe she posted on Instagram, even a beginner can make this dish quickly.
Ingredients
- cottage cheese - 100 gr
- sugar - 50 gr
- vanilla sugar - 1 p
- yolk - 1 pc
- butter - 80 gr
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
Ingredients for the filling
- jam - 100 grams
Method of preparation
1. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk to cottage cheese. Mix well.
2. Add flour and baking powder. Stir to combine.
3. Add cold butter, cut into pieces. Knead the dough.
4. Roll out the dough thinly, grease it with jam, roll, wrap it in cling film and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Cut into portions of +\-1 cm thick and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
6. Bake the cookies in a preheated 180° oven for 15-20 minutes.
