Semolina and compote mousse: a very simple and yet delicious dish

The word "mousse" can be translated from French as "foam". Mousse can be made from a variety of products, including fish, meat, and various vegetables. But, of course, the most popular version of mousse is the one made from fruit or berries. It is also believed that mousse should be chilled, but some of them can be baked. Mousse can be served with cream and spices.
Recently, a food blogger with the nickname tanya.perchik shared the simplest recipe for making mousse on Instagram. Anyone can make this recipe, and it requires only two ingredients.
Ingredients
- Compote or juice - 400 ml
- Semolina - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Combine juice or compote with semolina, put on fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Let it cool completely.
2. Beat with a blender until the air mass is lighter in color. This may take several minutes.
3. Pour into a glass or a dessert glass and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Decorate the mousse and serve it to the table.
