Seasonal persimmons are the perfect base for delicious desserts. The fruit goes well with cottage cheese and yogurt, so it's a great option to make a simple casserole. You only need 5 ingredients.

The idea of making a cottage cheese casserole with persimmons was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Brailo (ketiv_). This dessert will perfectly complement a cozy family tea party.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Greek yogurt - 2-3 tbsp
  • flour (rice, wheat can also be used) - 1 tbsp
  • persimmon - 1/2 medium

Method of preparation:

1. Combine cottage cheese, egg, Greek yogurt (2 tablespoons, if the consistency is too thick, add 1 more), and flour.

2. Beat in a blender bowl.

3. Dice persimmons.

4. Grease the baking mold with coconut or ghee oil.

5. Put the first cheese layer, then persimmons (I added coconut flakes for an interesting note), then the cheese layer again.

6. Garnish with persimmons and almond flakes.

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

8. Eat after cooling.
