The recipe for this mysterious but very tasty and healthy dish was shared by a food blogger with the nickname tanya.perchik. She posted a recipe on Instagram, thanks to which you can now have breakfast without fear of harming your figure.

Ingredients

  • Chinese cabbage
  • eggs
  • cream cheese
  • tomato
  • cheese

The way of cooking

1. Separate the leaves from the cabbage and cut them in half. You can also use Iceberg lettuce instead of Chinese cabbage.

2. Lay out three pieces of leaves, overlapping each other halfway. Smear with cream cheese.

3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pour them into the pan to form a pancake. Fry on both sides and fold in half.

4. Put the egg pancake on the cabbage leaves.

5. Top with sliced tomatoes and a few slices of cheese.
