Ingredients
- Nori sheet
- Large crab sticks – 3 pcs
- Mayonnaise
- Cream cheese – ½ tbsp
- Shrimps – 3 pcs
- Avocado
- Cucumber
Method of preparation
1. Divide the crab sticks into fibers and chop very finely.
2. Add mayonnaise and cream cheese, and mix well.
3. Spread the mixture on the nori sheet so that there is a 1-2 cm margin on top.
4. Put the filling on the bottom of the sheet, where there is no mixture, and wrap everything up with a special mat.
5 Let stand for 2-3 minutes and cut.
