Roasted cauliflower: the recipe for the perfect batter

Cauliflower is a versatile, dietary, and quite healthy vegetable that can be found on store shelves regardless of the season. It is prepared in different ways: boiled, baked, fried, added to salads and even soup.
One of the culinary blogs(recepti_dariko) on Instagram published a recipe for fried cauliflower in egg batter.
Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2-3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to prepare the cabbage, namely, cut a head of cabbage and divide it into florets.
2. Cook the cabbage florets in salted water. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
3. To make the batter, mix eggs, flour, salt and pepper. It should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
4. Next, dip each cauliflower floret in the batter and fry on all sides in a pan. It's ready!
