Recipe for mushrooms in cream sauce in 20 minutes to replace any gravy

Mushrooms are not only an addition to appetizers, soups or pies but also a complete ingredient for an independent dish. They can be fried in a sauce and served with mashed potatoes, porridge and pasta.
One of the cooking blogs (cook_with_me_at_home) posted a recipe for stewed mushrooms in cream sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- large onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- mushrooms - 600 g
- cream 20-30% - 200 ml
- mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- spices: salt, pepper, hot red pepper
- spinach baby - 75-100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Chop onion and garlic and cut mushrooms into large plates.
2. Mix cream and mustard.
3 Place onion and garlic in a heated frying pan. Stir fry over medium heat until translucent and soft.
4. Next, add mushrooms and spices. Increase the heat and fry until the liquid evaporates.
5. Reduce the heat, pour the mustard mixture and cook until slightly thickened, stirring.
6. Sprinkle with spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Bon appetit!
