  • eggplants - 2 pcs
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs
  • onion - 1 pc
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • parsley bunch
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. First you need to wash and bake eggplants and peppers. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until the peel begins to blacken.

2. Peel and chop the baked vegetables with a knife. Transfer to a bowl.
