Quick pita pie for lunch that takes 20 minutes to prepare

Pita is a great base for quick meals especially when there is little time for cooking. You can make a hearty pie with cheese from pita bread. It takes only 20-25 minutes to bake.

Ingredients:
- soft cheese - 150-200 g
- sour milk cottage cheese (fat cottage cheese is better) - 200 g
- thin pita - 2 large sheets (200-250 g)
- eggs - 4 pcs
- milk - 200 ml
- butter - 30 g
- pepper, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Place cheese in a container and mix with a fork.
2. Grate the cheese on a large grater.
3. Set about 1/4 of the hard cheese aside and combine the rest with the sour milk cheese.
4. Beat 4 eggs with milk.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Grease the baking dish with butter.
7. Divide the large pita so that there are 4 sheets.
8. Dip each sheet into the egg and milk mixture and place in a mold. The pita should be slightly crumpled.
9. Lay out the cottage cheese filling on each piece. Fill the mold to the end. The pita should be on top.
10. Pour out the remaining milk mixture.
11. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
12. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
