Quick pita bread rolls for a hearty lunch: what to make the filling from
If you have very little time to cook for your family, pita bread is an ideal option. You can wrap any filling in it and just bake it. The rolls will only need 15 minutes in the oven.

Ingredients:
- thin pita bread - 350 g.
- boiled chicken fillet - 300 g.
- carrots - 150 g.
- onion - 100 g.
- bell pepper - 250 g.
- garlic - 1 clove
- salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
- canned corn - 150 g.
- sour cream - 250 g. + 1 tsp. of mustard
- hard cheese - 150 g.
- frying oil - 10 g.
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- sesame seeds - optional.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry the onion until translucent.
2. Add pepper and carrots.
3. Cook until vegetables are softened, add herbs and spices.
4. Divide the meat into fibers, add to the vegetables, mix. Add the corn.
5. Spread the pita bread with sour cream, put vegetables and meat.
6. Add grated cheese and wrap.
7. Spread with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
