Ingredients:
- mushrooms - 500 g
- onion - 1/2 pc.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- greens - a bunch
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- water (boiling water) - 80 ml
- French mustard - 1 tsp.
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut unpeeled mushrooms into pieces.
2. Fry in vegetable oil.
3. Chop greens and onion.
4. Add everything to the mushrooms.
5. Squeeze garlic.
6. Squeeze lemon juice.
7. Pour boiling water over it.
8. Add salt.
9. Add mustard.
10. Pour oil.
11. Mix everything.
12. Mushrooms can be eaten after 2 hours, but it is better to marinate for 6-7 hours for a richer taste.
