Recipe for pickled cabbage with carrots and peppers

Ingredients:

  • cabbage - 1 kg
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • bell pepper - 2 pcs
  • garlic - 3 cloves

Marinade:

  • oil - 50 ml
  • apple cider vinegar - 50 ml
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • boiling water - 500 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the cabbage and lightly mash with your hands.

2. Carrots grate, pepper cut into strips, chop the garlic.

3. Mix all the vegetables.

4. For the marinade, mix salt, sugar, vinegar, oil and boiling water. Pour the marinade over the vegetables. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
