These mushrooms can be used to make a variety of delicious salads or eaten as an independent snack. Champignons are quite spicy and flavorful, and go well with any food. And they cook very quickly.
The idea of cooking quick pickled champignons was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria Tolokova (vika_tolokova23). Spices will make the marinade rich.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of champignons
- 6 tbsp of water
- 3 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- peppercorns
- bay leaf
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the mushrooms well.
2. Mix water, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and bay leaf in a saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the washed mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Serve chilled.
